Democracy on a national level has always been incredibly corrupt and a lie to the people but the divine right even in cases of succession crisis is mostly clear. And monarchy is the most human form of government. Although it has it's issues. But semi constitutionalism take the best of two worlds (democratic republic and absolute monarchy) and mixed them up to create the perfect government.
