A. There is many many cops in every state (except for Flint Michigan) risking their lives on every call to go solve other peoples problems. If even a chunk of them were racist and not following the law we would hear about it every single day.
B. I'm sure that there is racist cops, but that is unavoidable. There is racist and bad people in every single group of people. There is racist dentists, teachers, gas station attendants, and so on. Can you name any career as good as law enforcement at removing those people from the hiring process? I do not think so. But of course some will slip through the cracks, some will have mental issues from PTSD that maybe make them appear bad.
C. If you look at every one of these shootings that Black Lives Matter claim to be racism by cops you will see that almost everyone of those cases the suspect was actively resisting commands or was trying to bait the cops into shooting them.
