This is a generalization. The term "police" refers to a team of law enforcers. An entire team does not make up one person and each individual person has their own view on things, some more respectful and acceptable than others therefor there is no correct answer to this, as it would require overgeneralizing. I would love to agree and say that police are not racist however if we face the reality of it, a large amount of police officers are highly racist and they us their authority to abuse people of color. So overall I would have to say, no not all police are racist, however a large quantity are, so I don't think its fair to claim that all police are racist.
police officers may say in the momnet he's black so i'm going to shoot him, but they have always been more violent with POC. I saw a comment thet said not all cops are bad and that is true but its also about the justice system brianna taylor was an innocent women she was sleeping when the cops took her life after 4 months her case was put on trial and instead of arresting the cops for shooting her they were arrested because of the bullets that missed. that is a example of racial injustices wich is most of the problem and why myself included will stand in any weather and scream for the justice for those who's lives have been taken due to the actions of cops.ACAB BLM
tell that to george floyd, breonna taylor, jacob blake, rayshard brooks, walter wallace and all the black lives taken by cops who believed they were protecting themselves because they felt threatened from a persons color of skin yall are sickening humans its disgusting COPS ARE RACIST END OF DISCUSSION
At least you are smarter than most people and realize that the majority of cops are great people. But the real truth that people do not understand because they either do not care enough about this subject and just take what they hear, or do not have first hand experience dealing with the public in a similar manner as the Police is that ;
A. There is many many cops in every state (except for Flint Michigan) risking their lives on every call to go solve other peoples problems. If even a chunk of them were racist and not following the law we would hear about it every single day.
B. I'm sure that there is racist cops, but that is unavoidable. There is racist and bad people in every single group of people. There is racist dentists, teachers, gas station attendants, and so on. Can you name any career as good as law enforcement at removing those people from the hiring process? I do not think so. But of course some will slip through the cracks, some will have mental issues from PTSD that maybe make them appear bad.
C. If you look at every one of these shootings that Black Lives Matter claim to be racism by cops you will see that almost everyone of those cases the suspect was actively resisting commands or was trying to bait the cops into shooting them. So many people commit suicide by cop it is not funny. BLM should be telling people that court is where you fight the police not on the side of the street putting people in danger.
D. For the few and far between cases that have actually been investigated before the media gets a hold of them and deemed unjustified, cops are people just like you and me and they can make mistakes. Especially when you do not know how you will react being faced with a life threatening situation until it happens. And then in a split second you have to make a decision that will drastically change your life or end it. But now even if you make the right decision and that person happened to have black skin and yours happens to be white it will ruin your reputation anyway. Now you gotta go home and explain to your kids why CNN is telling them daddy is a racist murderer all while dealing with PTSD, lawyers, investigators, and feeling horribly sad for taking someones life and the family involved.
By and large you are correct. The real issue is those who are create a treamendous proplem. Sort of like terrorists. They don't make the majority but in spite of their numbers they certainly make terror.

To me it does not matter if cops are racist, the real issue seems to be abuse of power, not what motivates cops to abuse their power.
